PAYMENT METHODS & DUE DATE
Payment is due 7 days prior to departure.
Our payment options include:
- Visa and Mastercard (at depot or over the phone)

DO I HAVE TO PAY A BOND/DEPOSIT?
This is assessed on a case-case basis, and will be discussed at booking time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellation fees may be applicable – depending on the circumstances and timing. We will discuss this with you at booking time.
CAN WE EAT & DRINK ON THE BUS?
Food & non-alcoholic drinks are permitted (no glass). If any cleaning is required, an extra charge may apply.
IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR OVERNIGHT TRIPS?
If your hire is multi-day, and the charter driver requires meals & accommodation, you will need to provide this or pay an additional fee, discussed at booking time.
